THE INFLUENCE OF THE PARTNERSHIP
TO NON-FINACIAL BUSINESS PERFORMENCE
ON MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES (MSE)
IN DEPOK – WEST JAVA - INDONESIA

Abstract
Economic people are the largest group of economic actors in the Indonesian economy and proven to be cover peacekeeping national economy in time of economic crisis, and to be dynamist in post-crisis economic growth. One of the strategic efforts in improving the welfare society by strengthening the policy from some of the largest economic life of Indonesian people is through empowerment on Micro-Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME).
However, there are some gap performance between Micro-Small Enterprise (MSE) and  Medium-Large Enterprise (MLE).  One way as a problem solving is through business partnership among them.  According to UU RI  No.9/ 1995 and PP no. 44/ 1997 pasal 14 (1), the business partnership is the cooperation between small business with medium and  large business accompanied by the construction and development efforts using the principles of mutual need, mutually reinforce and mutually beneficial. In this study, the partnership reviewed the aspects of access Distribution / Marketing (X1), access to Human Resource Development (X2), Access to Capital (X3) and access interrelation in Management Business and Organization (X4).
In this research, the patterns of partnerships between MSE and MLE in Depok city - Indonesia based on  franchise agreement, partnership with foster father pattern and partnership based on non-formal agreement.  That relationship was studied knowing how much business partnership will affect the business performance of MSE. It is also seen aspects of sub most influential non-financial performance of MSE. Data will analysis and test using OLS method.
The results show that there are a positive and significant relationship between aspects of partnership business construction and development to non-financial business MSE performance. The most influential partnership aspect is access interrelation in Management Business and Organization (X4).  There results indicate that if access interrelation in Management Business and Organization (X4) increased 100%, non-financial business performance will increase 82.3%. While the influence of other aspects of the construction to non- financial business performance less than 50%. Seen from parsial Pearson correlation, the correlation on aspects of partnership to non-financial performance showed that access interrelation in Management Business and Organization has the strongest and positive correlation.
Therefore is important to increase access interrelation in Management Business and Organization improving the performance of non financial MSE, as has been done in franchise business that has strong in this aspect.
